Forgot Password

1. If you forget your Password, select the Forgot Password link at the bottom of the customer login screen.

   

2. Enter your Username.

   

3. Click Continue.
4. You will be prompted to answer one of your security questions:
5. Click Send Reset Link. A message will display:

   

6. In your email inbox, locate the email:

   

7. Click the link to visit the reset page:

   

8. Enter your Username and a new Password, and then confirm the password.
9. Click Reset Password.
10. The main screen will open.
